I loved this video when it came out, a good motivater from a great creator, but I feel like it was more of his personal gripe with the industry than the call to arms it should have been. Just because he didn't really follow up on it with any ideas, any suggestions or proposals for change. And I feel like if you're somebody as established as Powell (not to mention someone who's got enough hate for Marvel/DC with the talent and fans to back him up), you have a responsibility to be more active in the hornet's nest you stir up.
