Writer and artist looking for colorist for 215Ink 2011 Anthology | Collaborations | Forum

Hey everyone. I'm Fred, and along with artist Garry McLaughlin I'm looking for a colorist for our submission to 215Ink's upcoming anthology. 

It's called "Billy Stings the Hornet," and it's an 11-page story about a little boy's overly imaginative confrontation with a hornet, and will cover both "everyday" settings and a really over-the-top noir setting — shadows, smoke, steam from the sidewalks, the works. Below is the character sheet for the three main characters (Billy, the Hornet, and Billy's mom).

If you look at the anthology link above (or as you may already know), there's a strict December 1st deadline. Garry is working on the pencils right now, penciling tight enough to go straight to colors, and he'll be lettering it as well. He's set himself a November 14th deadline to be done with his end. If you don't think you'll be able to get colors done on eleven pages between November 14th and December 1st, please do not apply. No hard feelings, and I'm not trying to be an ass, but it's important that you can do it before you apply to do it. 

So. What I need is links to galleries or coloring samples (in the cartoony and noir styles), sent to fduran2(at)gmail(dot)com, with "215Ink colors" in the subject line.
