A man named Otto who is flushed out of an airplane toilet only to be caught by "night" and set down outside a New Orleans-esque town. He then embarks on a journey that leads him through some life affirming encounters with barpatrons, newspaper boys, Mother Nature trying to become a stripper, and a slew of other characters who, the only thing they have in common, is that they blow their heads off after meeting Otto. In the end, after realizing this vision is just a flash of light before death, Otto realizes the truth about the Luftwaffe pilot sitting next to him on the plane...
